Wonderful resource , I picked up the card showing the web address at my local GP’s and last week I found the TED talks about this , which reminded me to look at the web site. Suffering from Chronic pain and new to the area , social prescribing is very useful for me , well done those who implemented this and any steering groups involved. Thankyou
