We can help if you'd like to learn to ride a bike or gain the skills or confidence to cycle safely for work and leisure. We can also repair your bike or teach you how to  repair your own bike? We can have bikes to loan if you don't have your own. Or if you'd like to walk with others we can help you to find a local group.
