Bradford and Craven Wellbeing Network

Bradford and Craven Wellbeing Network

Description:

The Bradford and Craven Wellbeing Network

Across Bradford District, the Wellbeing Network is a partnership between the local NHS, Bradford Council, and the voluntary and community sector, offering inclusive, person-centred support for anyone facing challenges with their mental, emotional, or social wellbeing. Whether you're feeling isolated, struggling with benefits, or simply need someone to talk to, the Wellbeing Hubs provide rapid access to free, specialist advice and support. The three main hubs, located in Tong, Idle, and Manningham are welcoming spaces staffed by teams that represent the local community. Each hub offers a wide range of activities, from creative groups and peer support to wellbeing workshops and physical health sessions. Satellite services also link the network into local communities, ensuring support is accessible across the district. You can self-refer or refer somebody else via the referral link on the Wellbeing Network website, with the Systems Access Point helping to coordinate care and connect people to the right services.

The Wellbeing Network also plays a key role in signposting, through its "one contact - many connections" approach, ensuring that no matter where someone enters the system, they are guided to the most appropriate support. A recent addition to the network is the Cancer Community Health and Wellbeing Support Service, which provides tailored support for people living with and beyond cancer across Bradford and Craven. Delivered across the network, this service will focus on emotional wellbeing, personalised care planning, and access to wellbeing services, helping individuals live well during and after treatment.
