• Providing you with practical strategies to support a lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans or questioning young person or member of staff ‘coming out’ regarding sexuality or gender identity
• Helping you challenge homophobic, biphobic or transphobic harassment or bullying and updating your knowledge of legislation
• Giving you tangible methods to teach affirmatively about LGBT+ lives and relationships
• Assisting you regarding your consultation with pupils, parents, governors, teaching colleagues and religious leaders
