We champion the rights of older people needing care in the UK, and provide information, advice and support to empower people when they experience problems with care.

We also fight for change. Everyone deserves high quality care that respects their rights, so we raise awareness and work to influence policy and practice.
As a non-profit membership organisation, we are open to everyone who uses older people’s care services, as well as their friends and families. Our members’ unique perspectives, based in lived experience, inform our all our work.
