Trail Snails Bingley are a fabulous, friendly running group based in Bingley.

We do regular runs including sessions to challenge you such as hill training sessions, speed sessions and longer distance sessions. We have runners of ALL abilities who run with us, so please don't ever think you are too slow to join the group. If you are an absolute beginner, then look out for our Couch to 5K sessions - we will announce the start of each new beginners group on social media.

All of our run leaders are full UKA qualified and DBS checked.

Every session is free to join, in return, all we ask if that you support everyone around you in the group and bring the occasional cake 🙂
