A free NHS service supporting people across Bradford District and Craven who are struggling with work or worried about going off sick due to a health condition. 

Our vocational rehabilitation team helps you stay in or return to work by supporting your health, wellbeing and confidence. We can help if you’ve recently returned to work and it’s not going well, if you’re worried that your health is affecting your job, or if you’ve been off work and want to plan a return. 

You’ll receive personalised support from NHS therapists with experience in both physical and mental health. The service is designed to help you explore what matters to you at work, understand your rights and options, and create a sustainable plan to move forward. 

We offer telephone support, online tools, group sessions, and signposting to further help if needed. This service is delivered in partnership with the Work and Health Programme and is open to people aged 18+ who are registered with a GP in Bradford District and Craven.
