Rhubarb Farm is a horticultural social enterprise which provides training, placement and volunteering opportunities for vulnerable people with a wide range of needs and abilities.
The Farm supports ex-offenders (including people newly out of prison, or on Probation, recovering drug and alcohol misusers, homeless people, people with physical and mental ill health, people with physical and learning disability, school students struggling at school and older people, some with dementia.
The aim of Rhubarb Farm is to enable people to gain confidence, motivation, skills, knowledge, and fitness, in order to change their lives for the better and become resilient.
